River Rivets
Operate three riveted drawbridges so three boats and two walking groups all arrive within nine ticks. Raised gates pass boats but stop walkers; lowered gates carry walkers but block boats. Boats cross gates 1, 2 and 3 on ticks 2, 4 and 6. Each action advances one tick. A gate needs TWO ticks between toggles, and cannot open beneath a walking group. The left group starts immediately; the right group joins on tick 3. Walkers automatically wait at raised gates and may pass each other. Boats do not wait. Plan openings early enough to avoid trapping a walker on the next gate.
